Advisory Committee

Nautica has a strong Advisory Committee to assist the board in generating and reviewing acquisition opportunities. Set out below is a summary of the background of the Nautica Advisory Committee:

Mr Craig Levy

 

  • Craig is a recently retired Senior Equity Partner with Deloitte Digital APAC. He led the digital delivery team focusing on large scale digital and business transformation. Prior to Deloitte, Craig worked for several years with IBM Consulting and Arthur Anderson Business Consulting.

  • Craig has over 20 years of experience in business consulting, specialising in Digital & CRM strategy, digital transformation and implementation.

  • Craig has a proven entrepreneurial background, having successfully founded 2 ventures (BeyondIT and Ad-Topia) overseas. Both ventures scaled efficiently and were successfully sold to bigger businesses, enabling these businesses to increase their footprint and capabilities

Mr Alistair McKeough

 

  • Alistair is a solicitor and he has extensive board level experience with a variety of private and listed corporations in many sectors, including professional services, technology, financial services, charities, mining and resources, health, child care and education.

  • Alistair holds undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in law from the University of New South Wales.

  • Alistair commenced his legal career at Freehills, before serving as Managing Director of two boutique Sydney law firms.

  • Alistair is presently Head of Professional Services at Automic Group.
